It’s finally here. The book I’ve been working on for the past two years is out and available to order! We’ve got a giveaway and a new social media contest in conjunction with the book, so check out the details below.

Why Should You Buy?

This book is about getting better. Not just about running, but about any endeavor in life. Yes, that’s broad, but it’s intentionally so. It’s about learning from my own mistakes and preventing burn out; about learning from the best artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, and of course, runners to see how we can reach a higher, sustainable, and healthy level of performance.

Don’t take my word for it, read what people like David Epstein, Kara Goucher, Adam Grant, Rich Roll, Arianna Huffington, Ryan Hall, Ryan Holiday, Amy Cuddy, and more all said after reading the book. Want to see what they said, scroll to the bottom of this page!

PLUS, TODAY is the last day to order and receive all of the great  BONUS items we are giving away! (Prizes listed below)

Sharing is Caring:

Look, I want to make this book a success because I poured a ton of energy into it, and for the first time, told my personal story of being a High School phenom, dealing with the pressure of that, and training myself into the ground as a result. I want to redefine how we think successful people work, so that we get out of the work ourselves to death, 80 hour work weeks mindset, and instead work smarter. I want to stop our search for shortcuts and hacks, and instead, focus on solutions that actually work.

This is where YOU come in. We need help spreading the message. Help us spread the word on Peak Performance by sharing on any social media platform (twitter, facebook, instagram, etc.), and as a thank you, each share will give you an entry into our contest to win the amazing items below.

I would be eternally grateful for any and all of your help.

How do you enter?

Loved listening to you guys on the Rich Roll podcast on my run this morning. Bought the book when I got home. Hopefully I’m not too late for the bonus items 🙂

Hi Steve. Congratulations on your new book. I’m enjoying it on Audible right now. On that note, is it possible to make the “10 Commandments of Peak Performance (PDF)” available to audible listeners? The pdf would make a great companion to the audiobook.

Secondly, any hints on a 2.edition of The Science of Running coming to the store soon, or should I just buy a copy of the current/first edition. Regards Michael
