There are multiple videos showing and explaining good and not so good sprint mechanics but few offering direction on how to improve them.

Question: I coach a very strong willed 15 year old female that weighs about 110lbs of lean muscle. She runs 100m in 13s consistently and has broke 13 twice last seasons at official competitions in the finals. She also insists on racing the 800m which she does very well in also. What is the best type of tempo/threshold work for her?
