How would you tailor the alternation workouts for a 15/3k runner? Would you use the same principles?

Great article Steve! I was just wondering if you had an 8 week alternation plan for the MARATHON similar to the one you give for the HALF? Thanks! New to your blog but love it so far!

Loved the article! Do you have a specific 8 week training plan for the full marathon like the one you list in the article for alternation for the half? Thanks! Great blog, just found it!
