      Hey Steve,

      I could see the improvement in the high-schooler, nice job and a helpful video for those of us looking to improve our form. Your videos looked great, but I wonder if maybe your stance leg is not bending (ie-loading) enough. I believe I had the same problem. I felt "textbook" but also felt like I lacked some "drive". By lowering my stance phase and using more elastic recoil from my muscles I was able to run faster. I may be completely wrong on this, but I thought it was something you may want to investigate.
