In episode 101 of the On Coaching Podcast we bring on special guest Tony Holler. Tony is a succesful high-school sprint coach who’s teams have won three state titles. He is known for his “Feed the Cats” program where he focuses on what matters in sprinting and keeping athletes engaged in the training.

In this episode, we dive into Tony’s methods of developing speed and ask how that would translate to cross-country training. This episode will challenge your thinking. There will be some things that you disagree with, but it will make you think of training in a different way
