Moving on
Brief intermission from normal blog stuff for an interruption from my real life.
Most have probably seen but I’m moving on from the Nike Oregon Project. It’s been a great learning experience for the last almost 2 years, but it’s time move on and do my own thing. Thankful to Nike for giving me the opportunity and very happy with the work I’ve done with the athletes over that past period. This article sums it up nicely so I don’t have to rehash:

Really looking forward to the next opportunity. Since the story “broke” have had some nice correspondance with a variety of people from the running community. Excited to see what we can develop and where things go from here. It’s been a crazy hectic past bit, but am trying to sort through things and look at the feasibility of various projects and ideas.
Thanks for all the help and support from those of you out there. Much appreciated. Got some cool stuff for the blog, and I promise to finish up part 2 of the last post soon.

Steve, good luck in your next endeavor. I'm sure you will be successful with whatever path you choose.
I've always have enjoyed your blog and hope you continue posting. It's been invaluable to me.
I certainly hope that we'll continue to see blog posts here. I, for one, am on the edge of my seat waiting for part 2 of of your post on the drawbacks of the Physiological Model of training.
Best of luck on the change.
Love the way you put things together and I have learnt so much from your blog and your book/thesis.
Good luck Steve! I wish you the best in whatever your next endeavor is. Any word on what that will be?
Best of luck Steve. Your teaching and sharing have helped many coaches and athletes. You're a great role model too. Good luck in whatever shakes out.
